Vice President, Finance & Accounting

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Finance & Accounting to lead its day-to-day finance function and take ownership of core financial operations. The role includes overseeing multi-entity accounting, financial reporting, reconciliations, cash management, internal controls, payroll coordination, and payables. The successful candidate will modernize manual processes, deliver timely financial analysis and performance insights, and support acquisition due diligence and integration. They will also strengthen the finance team, clarify responsibilities, and build a scalable finance platform that supports strategic decision-making. Candidates should bring senior finance leadership experience in a multi-entity or multi-location organization, along with strong technical accounting and controllership expertise. A track record of improving or scaling a finance function is required; experience with acquisitions, due diligence, or post-acquisition integration is preferred. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is expected, while a CPA or advanced degree is valued but not required.
