Associate Vice President, Senior Quality Automation Specialist Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Senior Quality Automation Specialist to design, build, and maintain scalable enterprise automation solutions for business-critical banking and payments workflows. The role is primarily hands-on, covering UI, API, service, data, and end-to-end automation, while also coordinating delivery with a distributed quality engineering team. Responsibilities include developing reusable frameworks, integrating automated suites into CI/CD pipelines, troubleshooting execution issues, and applying AI-assisted engineering to improve coverage, reliability, and efficiency. The specialist will translate complex transaction processes and operational controls into robust automated validations and communicate progress, risks, and technical standards to stakeholders. Candidates should have at least eight years of hands-on enterprise automation engineering experience and deep expertise in Selenium, Tricentis Tosca, API and service automation, service virtualization, and CI/CD. Strong Java or Python coding skills, SQL knowledge, and experience with tools such as SoapUI, REST Assured, and pipeline platforms are required, along with practical expertise in banking and payments. A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or a related technical field is required. Strong problem-solving, communication, coordination, and independent delivery skills are essential.
