Chief Actuary

The Company is seeking a senior actuarial leader to serve as Chief Actuary. This role will provide strategic leadership across property and casualty insurance and advanced analytics. The successful candidate will lead large, cross-functional teams of actuaries, data scientists, and analysts, and guide the use of statistical modeling, machine learning, and artificial intelligence in insurance or financial services. Candidates should hold an FCAS designation or be a career ACAS, with at least 15 years of experience, including 5–7 years in senior leadership. Deep expertise in property and casualty insurance and advanced analytics is required. Applicants should also demonstrate the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and AI to business challenges.
