Managing Director, Head of Technology Process Re-Engineering

The Company is in search of a Managing Director, Head of Technology Process Re-Engineering to spearhead the establishment of a GTS-focused capability in technology process mapping, re-engineering, and operational transparency. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and leading the GTS technology process mapping strategy, building and maintaining end-to-end views of priority processes, and leading a team of process mapping professionals. This role demands a senior technology transformation leader with a proven track record in process mapping, operating model design, and re-engineering within a large, complex, and regulated technology organization. The Head of Technology Process Mapping will also be tasked with driving process re-engineering, optimization, and control improvement, as well as creating and maintaining governance routines for GTS technology process maps. Candidates for this role at The Company should have a minimum of 15 years' experience in technology process transformation, re-engineering, business architecture, operational excellence, or related fields, preferably within a senior leadership capacity in a highly regulated environment. The role requires a deep understanding of process mapping and re-engineering methods, as well as experience in building process standards, governance models, and executive reporting for technology process improvement programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, be adept at structured communication, and possess the ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead change across global technology teams. A re-engineering mindset, risk and control orientation, and a proven ability to drive measurable process improvement outcomes are essential.
