Managing Director, Technology Process Re-Engineering

The Company is in search of a Managing Director to head the Technology Process Re-Engineering function. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and leading a capability focused on technology process mapping, re-engineering, and operational transparency. This leadership role demands a senior professional with a proven track record in technology transformation, particularly within large, complex, and regulated technology organizations. The Head of Technology Process Mapping will be tasked with driving the development of standardized process views, improving end-to-end process understanding, and identifying opportunities to enhance control effectiveness within the operating environment.
