Vice President, Commercial Lender

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Commercial Lender to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for originating, developing, and managing a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate and commercial and industrial loans. This role requires a combination of proactive business development, relationship management, credit analysis, and portfolio oversight. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a business-related field or equivalent, with at least 8 years' experience in commercial lending, and a proven track record in business development. Strong credit skills, a background in analytical and sales skills, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities are essential. Key responsibilities for the Vice President, Commercial Lender include driving commercial lending growth by identifying and cultivating new opportunities, originating and structuring financing solutions, and partnering with borrowers to understand their financial objectives. The role also involves delivering thoughtful credit solutions, managing a commercial loan portfolio, and being a trusted banking partner by providing responsive service and practical financial solutions. The candidate should be familiar with commercial lending concepts and practices, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work effectively in a team.
