Vice President of Commercial Lending

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Commercial Lending to lead its commercial lending function. The successful candidate will be responsible for business development, managing commercial member relationships, driving loan growth, and overseeing deal structuring. This role requires a strong focus on overall department performance, including the achievement of growth and performance objectives, while ensuring strong credit quality and regulatory compliance. The VP will also be involved in leading the commercial lending team, managing the commercial portfolio, and partnering with the Chief Lending Officer on commercial lending strategy. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Commercial Lending include providing leadership and direction for commercial lending, driving business development within the commercial sector, and serving as the primary relationship leader for significant commercial members. The role also involves leading loan structuring and pipeline management, overseeing commercial portfolio performance, and leading credit and problem loan strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in commercial lending, be adept at managing a team, and have the ability to work closely with various internal and external stakeholders to support the company's growth and maintain its strong credit quality.
