Vice President, Growth

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Growth to lead the development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the growth strategy and execution, from identifying mission requirements to building and managing a qualified pipeline. This hands-on executive role involves working closely with the CEO to determine competitive positioning, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities. The VP, Growth will also be tasked with aligning technology with customer priorities, leading capture strategies, and building transition strategies for enduring programs. A collaborative leadership approach, clear communication, and a willingness to remain directly involved in customer work are essential. Candidates for the Vice President, Growth position at the company should have a proven track record in winning and expanding defense or national security business, particularly in the context of complex technology. Experience in business development, capture, and proposal development is crucial, as is a deep understanding of how mission requirements, government budgets, and acquisition processes intersect. The role requires the ability to engage with both operational and acquisition stakeholders, sound judgment in opportunity selection, and the ability to coordinate various teams around a shared pursuit. While no specific degree is mandated, experience in cyber operations, autonomous systems, AI, software platforms, or emerging defense technology is highly relevant.
