Vice President of Sales, Semiconductor

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to lead and shape the entire sales, business development, and marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of sales and business development professionals to achieve revenue and growth targets, managing the full sales and marketing lifecycle, and developing and executing a comprehensive sales and marketing roadmap. This role requires the creation of market-specific growth plans, the establishment of costing models and pricing strategies, and the alignment and optimization of sales channels. The VP of Sales will also be expected to monitor industry trends, represent the company at various events, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer requirements are met. Applicants for the Vice President of Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years' experience in technical B2B sales within the electronics, semiconductor, PCB, packaging, or related manufacturing sectors. A strong understanding of ceramic substrates, PCB technologies, or associated manufacturing processes is essential, as is expertise in areas such as ceramic substrates for power or RF applications, and experience in selling to aerospace and defense markets. The role demands a candidate with strong commercial acumen, excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, and the ability to develop and execute growth strategies. The VP of Sales will also be involved in activities related to U.S. export control regulations and must be able to meet the necessary requirements.
