Vice President of Asset Management

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Asset Management to join its high-growth real estate investment platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight and financial performance of the multifamily portfolio, ensuring that each asset's investment thesis is effectively executed. This role involves leading the transition from acquisition to stabilized operations, driving the execution of business plans, and maintaining alignment with the Chief Investment Officer and the Investment Team. The VP of Asset Management will also be tasked with operational strategy, revenue management, financial oversight, and department development, with a strong emphasis on technology, data, and AI enablement to improve efficiency and support data-driven decisions. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, with an MBA preferred, and at least 10 years of experience in multifamily asset management or institutional real estate investing. The role requires a deep understanding of multifamily operations, capital strategy, and revenue management, as well as strong financial modeling, analytical, and reporting capabilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing portfolio-level performance, direct reports, and be adept at establishing and maintaining clear performance metrics and accountability. Excellent communication and executive presentation skills are essential, as is the ability to champion the use of technology and stay current on emerging trends in the multifamily sector.
