Vice President, Program Manager Greater Boston, MA Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Program Manager to lead complex transformation initiatives, combining program management with senior-level business analysis. The role owns assigned programs and workstreams from planning and requirements definition through implementation and transition, coordinating across business, operations, product, and technology teams. Responsibilities include maintaining integrated plans, governance, milestones, and executive reporting; managing risks, issues, and dependencies; and driving accountability and timely decisions. The successful candidate will analyze processes, define requirements and future-state solutions, support implementation validation, and communicate progress and recommendations to senior stakeholders. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience and significant experience in program or project management, business analysis, transformation, consulting, or a related field. They should demonstrate success leading cross-functional initiatives and bring strong skills in planning, governance, risk and dependency management, requirements analysis, process improvement, and executive communication. The role also requires the ability to structure ambiguous problems, influence stakeholders without direct authority, and manage competing priorities. Experience with large-scale transformation, platform implementation, operating-model change, or financial services is preferred.
