Head of Capital & Corporate Finance

This role requires a professional with a strong background in finance, particularly in the areas of corporate finance, fund raising, or treasury, and a preference for those with experience in property development, debt advisory, banking, or private credit. The Head of Capital and Corporate Finance will also be involved in cross-border funding, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and will oversee treasury and capital management activities. Applicants for the Head of Capital and Corporate Finance position at the company should have a minimum of 12-15 years' experience in finance, with at least 5 years dedicated to the specified areas. A proven track record in originating and closing property development debt and capital structures in Australia is essential. The role demands advanced financial modeling skills, a practical understanding of financial operations, and a qualification in CA, CPA, or a related field. The ideal candidate will also have a degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related discipline, and a CFA or postgraduate finance qualification is advantageous.
