Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join its rapidly scaling, founder-led SaaS business. The successful candidate will be responsible for taking ownership of the finance function, working closely with the founders and leadership team to enhance financial rigor, provide strategic insights, and contribute to the company's growth. This role demands a professional with a strong background in SaaS, including a deep understanding of SaaS metrics, technical accounting, financial reporting, and FP&A. Experience in scaling finance processes, systems, and controls during periods of rapid growth, as well as exposure to capital raising and Series B funding, is essential. The ideal candidate for the Head of Finance position at the company will be CA/CPA qualified, with a commercial mindset and the ability to turn data into strategic decisions. Strong systems capability and a genuine curiosity about AI and automation are also key attributes. The role requires a leader who can challenge constructively, is detail-oriented yet can maintain a big-picture perspective, and is comfortable with ambiguity and fast-paced environments. A team-first attitude and the energy to influence and shape the finance function are highly valued.
