Fractional Head of Finance

The Company is seeking a Head of Finance to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day financial management of the organization, leading a small finance team, and business partnering with various stakeholders and budget holders. This role requires a tech and IT-savvy individual, confident in using Excel-based models, to lead financial modeling, and scenario planning, and to support medium and long-term financial plans. The Head of Finance will also be involved in reviewing financial reports, running the year-end audit process, and ensuring efficient treasury management. Applicants for the Head of Finance position at the company should be Qualified Accountants (or QBE) with a background in charity or not-for-profit finance, or possess strong transferable experience and a good understanding of charity finance. The role demands a candidate with strong finance systems and advanced Excel skills, as well as previous experience in financial modeling to support financial planning and cash flow forecasting.
