Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead its finance, accounting, controlling, and treasury functions and support long-term financial stability. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax rules, and statutory reporting requirements; preparing budgets, forecasts, and monthly management reports; and analyzing profitability, cash flow, and working capital. The CFO will oversee fleet financing and investment planning, manage relationships with financial and audit partners, and provide cost and margin analysis to inform pricing and tender decisions. Candidates should have at least five years of experience in road transport, trucking, or logistics, along with five years in a CFO or equivalent senior finance leadership role. A degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field is required; professional accounting qualifications are an advantage. Applicants should bring strong knowledge of local accounting, tax, and labor regulations, experience preparing IFRS-based financial statements, and expertise in asset-intensive operations, fleet financing, and leasing. Excellent Hungarian and English skills, strong leadership, and a hands-on, pragmatic approach are required; experience with financial management systems is preferred.
