The Company is seeking a Senior Lead Reviewer for its Credit Risk Review team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing independent and objective assurance over the effectiveness of credit risk management, with a focus on identifying, monitoring, and mitigating current and emerging risks. This role involves the execution of business monitoring and reviews, assessment of credit risk management effectiveness, and the proposal of solutions to risk and control issues. The Senior Lead Reviewer will also be expected to maintain ongoing contact with the management of the review entity and to utilize AI-enabled tools to enhance analytical depth and streamline review execution. Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in banking, finance, accounting, economics, or a related field, with a strong background in credit or financial statement analysis. Advanced analytical skills, a deep understanding of credit policy matters, and the ability to recognize emerging risks are essential. The role requires expertise in risk analysis and management processes, as well as developed project management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools is necessary, and a Senior Credit Officer designation is preferred. The candidate should be adept at building relationships, influencing without direct authority, and have excellent communication skills. A Bachelor's degree is required, with a Master's degree being preferred.
