Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to spearhead its growth strategy and establish a strong regional presence in the entertainment industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with defining and executing a multi-market growth strategy, managing production and distribution operations, and leading the digital transformation and expansion into emerging markets. This pivotal role requires a leader with a proven track record in scaling production or distribution companies, a deep understanding of the Latin American entertainment market, and the ability to balance artistic vision with business acumen. The CEO will be responsible for all aspects of the business, from creative and commercial vision to financial management, and must be adept at building and leading executive teams, as well as fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Candidates for the CEO position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with an MBA or specialization in entertainment preferred, and have at least 12 years' experience in the entertainment, production, distribution, or media sectors. Key requirements include proficiency in financial analysis, a solid network in the entertainment industry, and the ability to negotiate effectively. The ideal candidate will be a native Spanish speaker with fluent English, capable of engaging in international negotiations. The role demands a leader with a strategic vision, strong executive leadership skills, and a focus on commercial and management competencies. The CEO will also be expected to have a deep understanding of the entertainment industry, including business models, production financing, marketing, and copyright management, as well as the ability to adapt to the dynamic and diverse cultural landscape of the Latin American markets.
