The Company is seeking a Proposal Manager Vice President to join their Global Proposal Solutions team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting various sales activities by creating and delivering tailored, high-quality proposals in response to client requests. This role involves managing the entire proposal process, from inception to final delivery, and requires close collaboration with sales managers, subject matter experts, and other stakeholders to ensure that the proposals meet the company's standards and are competitive in the market. Applicants must have the ability to work effectively in a team, possess excellent writing skills in both Spanish and English, and demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and customization. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills are essential, as is a background in desktop publishing and proficiency in MS Office applications. The role also involves content development, quality control, and participation in process improvement initiatives. While not mandatory, experience in proposal writing and Brazilian Portuguese language skills are considered advantageous.
