Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking an interim finance leader to guide a restructuring and transformation, strengthening financial stability, operational efficiency, and long-term sustainability. Responsibilities include developing and executing a restructuring plan with clear priorities and performance measures, improving liquidity through cash-flow and working-capital initiatives, and identifying opportunities to optimize costs, processes, and profitability. The role will lead negotiations with lenders, creditors, and other stakeholders, while partnering with senior leadership and shareholders on key decisions. The successful candidate will also guide teams through implementation. Candidates should have proven experience leading restructuring, turnaround, or business transformation programs, along with strong expertise in corporate finance, cash management, and operational performance. Experience in industrial businesses is an advantage. Excellent negotiation, leadership, and execution skills are required, particularly in complex environments.
