Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Enterprise Data to lead its enterprise data strategy and establish a unified, secure, and reliable data foundation. The role oversees data architecture, engineering, operations, and governance, including consolidating disparate sources, improving data quality, and enabling trusted reporting, analytics, and AI/ML. Responsibilities include building scalable data pipelines and standards, implementing privacy and compliance controls, and establishing data products and operating practices. The executive will lead and develop multidisciplinary teams, partner with senior stakeholders, and translate technical roadmaps into measurable business outcomes. Candidates should have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data or software engineering, information systems, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent executive experience is preferred. The role requires 15+ years of progressive experience across data architecture, engineering, and analytics, including 7+ years leading large, multidisciplinary data organizations. Applicants should bring expertise in enterprise data platforms, data modeling, master data management, governance, metadata, lineage, and data quality, along with hands-on leadership across cloud, engineering, orchestration, streaming, and business intelligence technologies. Strong executive communication skills and experience enabling operational reporting and AI-ready datasets are essential; experience in HR, payroll, benefits, workers’ compensation, or insurance data is an advantage.
