Associate Vice President, Platform Growth Greater Charlotte, NC Area

The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Platform Growth to lead the development and execution of enterprise growth strategy, translating long-term priorities into coordinated investments, operating plans, and measurable performance goals. The role oversees portfolio performance, financial stewardship, risk management, and complex enterprise-wide initiatives, while establishing governance and accountability mechanisms. The successful candidate will collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams, guide strategic decisions and resource allocation, and present recommendations and performance updates to executive leadership. Depending on organizational needs and expertise, the role may also advance academic initiatives, strategic partnerships, data and AI capabilities, or platform portfolio optimization, while building leadership capacity and strengthening strategy execution. Candidates must hold a master’s degree in business, health administration, public health, or a related field, and have at least 12 years of progressively responsible experience in health systems, including innovation, partnerships, and strategic planning. Required experience includes leading cross-functional initiatives in complex organizations and familiarity with academic medical center operations, innovation pipelines, and data and technology solutions. Applicants should bring expertise in enterprise growth strategy, portfolio management, and transformation, along with strong financial and business acumen, including business case and ROI analysis.
