Executive Director Greater Charlotte, NC Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead an early education center, strengthen its team, and drive enrollment growth. Responsibilities include developing and executing enrollment strategies through tours, family follow-up, referrals, community partnerships, and marketing. The Director will recruit, coach, and retain educators; oversee daily operations, staffing, budgets, financial performance, and regulatory compliance; and build strong relationships with families to support retention. The role also involves setting measurable goals, tracking progress, and addressing challenges to improve overall performance. Candidates should have at least five years of progressive leadership experience in early childhood education, childcare management, or a related field, with demonstrated success in enrollment growth, admissions, sales, or business development. Strong team leadership, business acumen, communication, relationship-building, and operational management skills are required, along with an energetic, accountable, hands-on approach. A bachelor’s degree is preferred. Experience managing a licensed childcare center and familiarity with applicable state regulations are advantageous.
