Executive Director, Christian Adoption Services

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to provide strategic, spiritual, and operational leadership for its adoption services. The role oversees program quality, staff, budgets, compliance, fundraising, donor relations, and growth, while building partnerships and representing the adoption program publicly. The Executive Director will guide national expansion, monitor outcomes and continuous improvement, and ensure services meet ethical and regulatory standards. The position also calls for cultivating a mission-driven team and advancing the organization’s faith-centered purpose. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree and have at least 10 years of senior leadership experience in adoption, child welfare, or related nonprofit services, including experience leading teams of 25 or more. Required qualifications include demonstrated fundraising and donor-relations success, strong knowledge of adoption laws and best practices, and excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Candidates must be Christian believers whose faith aligns with the organization’s statement of faith. A relevant master’s degree, experience leading a national or multi-state adoption organization, and a clinical or social work background are preferred.
