Private Credit Vice President

The Company is in search of a Private Credit Vice President to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be instrumental in the full investment lifecycle, from leading market and industry research to overseeing financial modeling, valuation, and return analyses for potential investments. This role also involves driving due diligence processes, presenting investment opportunities to the Investment Committee, and monitoring and supporting portfolio companies post-close. As a key leader on a lean deal team, the Vice President will have significant responsibility and the opportunity to mentor and manage junior team members. Applicants for the Vice President position should have 5-7 years' of relevant experience, with a background in investment banking (M&A), private credit, or private equity investing. A Bachelor's degree is required, and an MBA or other advanced degree is a plus. The role demands strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills, as well as a proven ability to lead transactions and manage cross-functional teams. Excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a prior experience or interest in sectors such as business services, industrials, manufacturing, and/or consumer are also preferred.
