Regional Vice President of Operations Greater Charlotte, NC Area + 1 more

The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations to oversee a portfolio of residential properties and guide Regional Managers and their teams. The role is responsible for operational and financial performance, client satisfaction, and consistent execution of organizational standards across the region. Key duties include developing leaders and talent, strengthening client relationships, supporting budgets and capital projects, and identifying opportunities to improve processes and service delivery. The successful candidate will also lead regional business reviews, communicate performance and challenges, and promote strong resident and client experiences. Candidates should have experience as a Regional Manager in multifamily and/or student housing operations, with a strong understanding of site-level operations, client engagement, and regional leadership. Demonstrated success managing teams, supporting performance across multiple properties, and fostering client satisfaction is required, along with familiarity with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, though relevant property management operations experience may be considered in its place. Industry certifications such as CAM, CAPS, or CPM are an advantage.
