Vice President of Quality

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Quality to lead its organization-wide quality function in a regulated manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include overseeing Quality Assurance, Quality Control, compliance, supplier quality, and continuous improvement, while setting strategy for quality systems and inspection readiness. The role serves as the primary quality representative during regulatory and third-party inspections and partners with cross-functional leaders to support business objectives. The Vice President will guide quality processes such as investigations, corrective and preventive actions, change controls, and risk management; establish performance metrics; and develop quality leaders and a strong culture of accountability. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in a scientific or engineering discipline and have at least 15 years of quality leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing environment. Significant experience leading both Quality Assurance and Quality Control organizations is required, along with strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, current good manufacturing practices, and quality systems. Applicants should have a proven record leading inspections and audits, managing large teams, and influencing cross-functional stakeholders. Executive experience in strategy, budgeting, and organizational development is preferred, as is experience with multi-site operations, laboratories, suppliers, or contract manufacturers.
