Vice President of Service Operations Greater Charlotte, NC Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Service Operations to lead and transform service operations across commercial and residential service businesses. The role will develop and execute a multi-year strategy, establish standardized processes and performance systems, and drive continuous improvement, productivity, customer satisfaction, and profitable growth. Responsibilities include improving workforce planning and technician effectiveness, expanding service margins, strengthening customer retention, and advancing technology adoption. The executive will also lead budgeting and forecasting, establish operational metrics and accountability, and build a culture focused on safety, consistent execution, and customer experience. Candidates should have 15 or more years of progressive leadership experience in field service or a related industry, along with experience implementing service technologies and business intelligence tools. A bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field is required; an MBA is preferred.
