Vice President, Product & Transformation Program Manager Greater Charlotte, NC Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Product & Transformation Program Manager to lead high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from initial problem definition through implementation and value realization. The role translates strategic priorities into executable roadmaps, designs scalable future-state processes and operating models, and aligns business, product, technology, controls, and operations partners. Responsibilities include developing business cases, managing governance, risks and dependencies, communicating recommendations to senior leaders, and enabling adoption through testing, training, and change management. The successful candidate will also identify responsible opportunities to use emerging technologies and strengthen reusable transformation practices. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree and at least seven years of relevant experience in transformation, strategy, consulting, program management, product, or operations within a complex organization. Required qualifications include a record of delivering cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes, strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities, executive communication and influencing skills, and disciplined program leadership. Advanced presentation skills and the ability to use data to guide priorities and measure value are essential. An advanced degree or relevant professional credential is preferred, as is experience with operating-model design, regulated environments, or technology-enabled process improvement.
