The Company is in search of a transformative President to lead its enterprise-wide modern transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving a full ERP implementation, optimizing multi-site plant operations through Lean/Six Sigma practices, and directing strategic capital upgrades to modernize manufacturing infrastructure. This role also involves championing an aggressive organic growth strategy, with a focus on evolving the sales engine into a technical solution provider and expanding the company's footprint in high-margin, sustainable product lines. The ideal candidate should have over 15 years of executive operational leadership experience in large-scale packaging organizations, a proven track record in managing major CapEx projects, and a history of delivering double-digit top- and bottom-line expansion. The President will be at the forefront of the company's transformation, leading the charge in both operational and strategic initiatives. A key aspect of the role is to unify plant cultures and drive the organization towards a more modern and efficient operational model. The candidate must be adept at managing change and be prepared to take on the challenge of leading a $1B+ packaging powerhouse.
