Senior Vice President, Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis to provide strategic finance leadership and partner with executive leadership. The role leads enterprise budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, management reporting, and strategic analysis, delivering insights to guide business decisions and assess performance. Responsibilities include overseeing financial reporting and variance analysis, preparing executive and board-level presentations, and advising on profitability, growth, expenses, and cash flow. The successful candidate will also lead and develop the FP&A team, support investment and acquisition analysis, and improve financial planning and reporting processes. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, at least 12 years of progressive finance experience, and five or more years of team leadership experience. Strong financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills are required, along with working knowledge of U.S. GAAP and experience presenting financial information to executives. Relevant experience in financial services or related sectors is preferred. An MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential, as well as experience with board reporting, M&A, or business transformation, is an advantage.
