Vice President, Application Technology

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Application Technology to provide executive leadership and strategic direction for enterprise-wide application support. The successful candidate will be responsible for the application support of daily operations, application lifecycle management, and user adoption to ensure the effective use of business and enterprise systems. This role involves leading and mentoring a team, overseeing application help desk operations, driving continuous improvement, and managing the application set-up and launch of newly transitioned assets. The VP will also be expected to work closely with the Operations Leadership team to establish technology priorities, manage vendor relationships, and lead stakeholder engagement from field teams to executive leadership. Applicants for the Vice President of Application Technology position at the company should have 8-12+ years of experience in application support, IT operations, or enterprise systems with a proven track record of leadership. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in both support functions and training programs, as well as experience in managing the full lifecycle of applications. The VP will be expected to partner with various teams, including Operations, Data and Business Analytics, and Enterprise Systems, to ensure the alignment of technology with business needs. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise application support, be adept at driving continuous improvement, and possess the ability to provide effective management and development of associates.
