Vice President, Business Change Management

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Business Change Management to spearhead the design, governance, and execution of change within its contract logistics business across North America and Latin America. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the successful adoption and value realization of various initiatives, including client implementations, WMS upgrades, and continuous improvement program deployments. This role also involves leading a global standardization focus area, setting annual program targets, and coordinating progress across regions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supply chain and warehouse roles, with a focus on new business implementations and driving continuous improvement, as well as a proven track record of cross-functional leadership and global experience in a matrixed, multi-regional organization. Applicants for the Vice President of Business Change Management position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience, with a minimum of 10 years in supply chain or warehouse roles, and at least 5 years in a VP or VP-equivalent operating role. Direct experience in 3PL or contract logistics is non-negotiable, with a preference for those who have worked with large-scale contract logistics providers. The role requires a leader with a proven ability to build or optimize operations, a clear understanding of operational economics, and experience with fast-moving, scaled logistics environments. Excellent communication skills in English are essential, with Spanish language proficiency highly desired. The candidate should also have a background in leading organizational transformation or change management and be certified in Lean, Six Sigma, or formal continuous improvement methodologies.
