The Company is seeking a Vice President of Enterprise Revenue Operations to lead the systems, insights, teams, and processes that support predictable growth across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. The role will set multi-year revenue operations strategy, oversee forecasting and planning, and guide territory, quota, and compensation frameworks. Responsibilities include aligning go-to-market teams, directing sales training and enablement, establishing pricing and deal desk processes, and improving workflows from lead generation through renewal. The VP will also own revenue analytics, data governance, and technology strategy, while leading a multidisciplinary organization and advising executive leadership. Candidates should have at least 12 years of progressive experience in Revenue, Sales, or Marketing Operations in a B2B environment, including five or more years leading managers or directors. Required qualifications include success scaling revenue operations, ownership of forecasting and reporting, experience directing enablement, and deep knowledge of subscription metrics, pricing, deal governance, and complex sales models. Expert CRM skills, including CPQ and quoting workflows, advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities, and the ability to influence executives and lead cross-functional change are essential. Strong communication and executive presentation skills are required; experience with business intelligence and revenue intelligence tools is preferred, as is an advanced degree in business, finance, or a related field.
