Vice President of Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to provide executive leadership for its manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operations, engineering, maintenance, quality, food safety, procurement, supply chain, warehousing, inventory management, and continuous improvement across multiple facilities. This role involves serving as a key member of the Executive Committee, contributing to the establishment of corporate strategy, and working with executive leadership to evaluate growth opportunities and execute long-term operational initiatives that enhance profitability, scalability, and customer satisfaction. Ideal candidates for the VP of Operations position at the company will have a BS degree and a servant leadership style with a focus on coaching and mentoring. Experience in multi-plant leadership, particularly in food and beverage manufacturing with a preference for ingredients, is essential. The role requires the ability to align manufacturing strategy with business objectives, develop strong leadership teams, and foster a culture of safety, quality, accountability, and continuous improvement. The candidate should be comfortable working in an environment with a certain amount of ambiguity, and experience in plant start-up is a plus.
