Vice President of Operations Greater Chicago, IL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Operations to lead daily operations across multiple locations in two markets, ensuring consistent quality, efficiency, and an excellent guest experience. The role will develop operational strategies and processes, oversee financial and performance metrics, and mentor operations leaders and shop teams. Responsibilities include managing labor, inventory, food costs, budgets, and compliance with health and food safety standards. The VP will also analyze KPIs, improve workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional leaders to support sustainable growth and a positive workplace culture. Candidates should have at least 10 years of multi-unit restaurant operations experience, preferably in quick-service restaurants, including five or more years in senior leadership. Experience overseeing at least 15 locations and $30 million in revenue, directly or indirectly, is required, along with a record of leading large teams in fast-paced, high-growth environments. Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, food safety, inventory, labor optimization, and guest service is essential. Applicants should bring excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills, and be able to travel frequently.
