Applicants should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in social commerce, influence, e-commerce, digital media, or related fields, with a strong understanding of the social commerce ecosystem, particularly TikTok Shop. The role requires a candidate with a background in an agency, holding company, platform, or a highly matrixed organization, and a proven track record in project management, organizational skills, and the ability to build strong relationships.
