Vice President, Wealth Management Loan Servicing Greater Chicago, IL Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Wealth Management Loan Servicing to lead a team responsible for accurate, timely, and client-focused servicing across a loan portfolio. Responsibilities include interpreting loan documentation, managing priorities and deadlines, resolving complex issues with internal and external stakeholders, and strengthening processes and controls. The role also involves strategic planning to improve servicing outcomes, managing operational risk, and fostering accountability and continuous improvement. The successful candidate will coach and develop team members and future leaders. Applicants should have at least seven years of experience managing loan servicing operations, including interpreting loan documents and meeting servicing deadlines. They must have experience leading teams in financial services and accountability for quality, timeliness, and performance, along with strong conflict-management, operational-planning, and coaching skills. Strong organization and the ability to perform in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment are preferred. Additional preferred qualifications include quantitative reporting, coordinating multiple teams, managing daily controls and performance targets, and leading adoption of analytics or automation tools.
