Vice President, Head of Global IT

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Head of Global IT to set and execute its global technology strategy, architecture, and roadmap. The role oversees secure, reliable infrastructure, cybersecurity, risk and compliance, business continuity, and technology operations. The successful candidate will lead digital transformation, enterprise platforms, automation, and AI initiatives, while establishing data governance and analytics capabilities that support business decisions. Responsibilities also include managing technology budgets and vendors, prioritizing investments, and building a high-performing global IT organization in partnership with executive and business leaders. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree or MBA is preferred. At least 15 years of progressive IT leadership experience across multiple regions or globally is required, including five years managing enterprise platforms and large transformation programs. Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors, along with expertise in SAP, cybersecurity, enterprise architecture, cloud migration, and automation or AI, is essential. Strong financial, negotiation, communication, stakeholder-management, and team-development skills are also required.
