Executive Director, Senior Living Community Operations Greater Cleveland, OH Area

The Company is seeking an Executive Director to lead the day-to-day operations of a large senior living community. Responsibilities include developing and executing business plans and operating and capital budgets, overseeing financial performance and regulatory compliance, and leading department managers and staff. The role also focuses on resident and family engagement, quality care and services, staffing and retention, occupancy and revenue growth, and sales and marketing efforts. The Executive Director will maintain strong community relationships and ensure the property and its operations meet applicable standards. A bachelor’s degree and at least five years of operational leadership experience are required; additional experience may substitute for education on a year-for-year basis. A valid administrator license is required where applicable, along with a valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle for business use. Candidates should bring strong financial and analytical skills, sound judgment, and proven success driving results across multiple functions. Excellent communication, problem-solving, prioritization, delegation, and team leadership skills are essential; familiarity with office software is preferred.
