Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer to lead its strategy, operations, member engagement, advocacy, and external affairs. The CEO will represent member institutions before policymakers and regulators, help shape public policy priorities, and build trusted relationships with members, industry partners, media, and other stakeholders. Responsibilities include strengthening membership value and engagement, guiding programs and partnerships, and working with the board to set objectives and respond to emerging opportunities and challenges. The CEO will also oversee organizational performance and position the organization for long-term relevance and sustainability. Candidates should bring executive leadership experience, strong strategic and operational judgment, and working knowledge of banking, financial services, or a related field. Proven advocacy experience with policymakers, regulators, or public officials is important, along with exceptional relationship-building, communication, board governance, and consensus-building skills. The role also calls for financial acumen, experience developing teams and fostering a service-oriented culture, and the ability to evolve programs and services to meet member needs. High integrity, sound judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to lead through change are essential.
