Vice President, Annuity Manager Greater Columbus, OH Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Annuity Manager, to oversee suitability and compliance reviews for annuity and insurance offerings. Responsibilities include assessing products, escalating supervisory concerns, partnering with supervisory managers and registered personnel to resolve exceptions, and reviewing work escalated by junior team members. The role also involves training new colleagues, identifying process improvements, influencing stakeholders toward resolutions, and communicating findings and recommendations to management. The successful candidate will manage competing priorities while meeting service standards and project deadlines. Candidates must have at least seven years of experience in the securities and investment industry, a strong understanding of advisory services, investment products, complex client accounts, and applicable U.S. financial regulations, including FINRA rules. Required qualifications include sound independent risk-based judgment, strong research and analytical abilities, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and an active FINRA Series 7 license. Candidates must also hold the specified additional FINRA and State Life & Health Insurance licenses or be able to obtain them within 120 days of hire. A bachelor’s degree, training or mentoring experience, process improvement expertise, project management skills, and familiarity with digital wealth management solutions are preferred.
