Vice President, Business Resiliency Manager Greater Columbus, OH Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Business Resiliency Manager to lead the development, governance, and execution of a firmwide framework for identifying and addressing resiliency concerns. The role partners with business and corporate teams, controls groups, and independent oversight functions to improve risk articulation, coordinate actions, and support executive decision-making. Responsibilities include producing leadership-ready materials, thematic analysis, and insights on emerging trends, as well as advancing broader resiliency initiatives and process improvements. The successful candidate will help ensure a consistent, scalable approach to managing resiliency concerns across the organization. Candidates should have at least seven years of experience in resiliency, risk management, governance, controls, or a related control function. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills are required, along with sound judgment and the ability to turn ambiguous issues into clear options and actions. The role calls for synthesizing information from multiple sources, identifying themes, and prioritizing work across concurrent initiatives. Working knowledge of compliance, audit, risk, and operational management concepts is expected, as are strong program and project management skills.
