Vice President, IT Operations

The Company is seeking a Vice President of IT Operations to lead enterprise technology services, infrastructure, and application operations. The role oversees service desk support, operational monitoring, hybrid infrastructure, enterprise applications, incident recovery, and consistent technology services. Responsibilities include setting technology strategies and standards, improving service performance and resilience, managing major incidents, and ensuring continuity, cybersecurity, privacy, and regulatory compliance. The VP also guides technology investments, vendors, budgets, and high-performing teams, while advising senior leaders on operational performance, risks, and priorities. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; a master’s degree is preferred. They should bring at least 10 years of experience managing information systems or related functions, including 3–5 years leading a major IT operation. Strong expertise in IT service management, infrastructure, enterprise applications, incident and problem management, change control, disaster recovery, vendor management, budgeting, and performance analytics is required. Healthcare IT experience and knowledge of HIPAA and HITRUST are important; ITIL or relevant technology certifications and experience with modernization, cloud adoption, automation, or service integration are preferred.
