Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

The Company is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to strengthen and professionalize its finance function and support continued growth. The CFO will lead the finance team and oversee financial operations, forecasting, profitability management, month-end close, and management reporting. Responsibilities include improving processes and systems, increasing financial transparency across business areas, and developing performance management using relevant SaaS metrics. The role will also contribute to an ERP transformation, support funding and potential acquisitions, and serve as a proactive strategic partner to senior leadership. Candidates should have a strong finance background, ideally gained in software, technology, or SaaS businesses, with hardware experience also valued. Current CFOs and experienced finance leaders ready to step into the role are encouraged to apply. Experience with group structures, ERP systems, and complex SaaS business models is an advantage. The ideal candidate combines analytical and commercial judgment with leadership skills, clear communication, and the ability to improve processes, develop teams, and constructively challenge business decisions.
