Interim Head of Internal Communication

The Company is seeking a Head of Internal Communication to lead regional communications and help colleagues understand business priorities, stay connected, and navigate change. The role includes leading and developing the internal communication team, delivering the communication strategy, and overseeing leadership, operational, people, and change communications. The successful candidate will advise senior stakeholders, strengthen collaboration across markets and functions, and improve communication channels and ways of working. They will also help align internal and external communications across the region. Candidates should have significant experience leading internal communication teams and delivering strategies in complex organizations, along with strong people leadership skills and the ability to coach and develop communication professionals. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and experience working across multiple markets and stakeholder groups are required. Applicants should be able to influence senior stakeholders and bring a strong understanding of employee engagement, organizational communication, and change communication. A degree in Communications or a related field, combined with strong commercial and business understanding, is required.
