Vice President, Financial Advisory Services

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Financial Advisory Services to lead client engagements across strategic, financial, and operational assignments. The role involves analyzing historical and projected performance, assessing liquidity, forecasting cash flow, and developing complex financial models and scenario analyses. Responsibilities include conducting financial and operational due diligence, preparing client and board materials, coordinating workstreams and project timelines, and managing junior team members. The Vice President will also support business development, build relationships with clients and external stakeholders, and advise organizations facing strategic, operational, financing, and performance challenges. Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field and have at least four years of experience in transaction advisory or a related area. Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required, along with experience preparing forecasts, cash flow analyses, and executive-level presentations. Applicants should have a solid understanding of accounting, corporate finance, and financial statement analysis, as well as excellent communication, project management, and client-facing abilities. A CPA, CFA, significant technical accounting expertise, or an advanced degree is preferred but not required.
