Vice President, Full Stack Software Engineer Greater Dallas, TX Area

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Full Stack Software Engineer to lead application systems analysis and programming activities. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, and supporting scalable web applications; identifying system enhancements and security vulnerabilities; and troubleshooting software issues. The role also involves collaborating with users and cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, advising and coaching colleagues, and contributing to improved development practices. The successful candidate will exercise independent judgment while following applicable policies and managing risks appropriately. Candidates should have at least six years of relevant financial services and full-stack software engineering experience, with proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, React or AngularJS, SQL, and Python. Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices, database design and optimization, and AI-assisted development tools and agent frameworks is required. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills are essential. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required; a master’s degree is preferred.
