Vice President, Legal, Commercial Greater Dallas, TX Area

The Company is seeking a VP, Legal - Commercial to lead its enterprise commercial legal function and provide strategic legal advice to support the business's growth and operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting and leading the commercial legal strategy, including intellectual property and brand legal strategy, and will serve as the primary legal partner to various corporate functions. This role requires a hands-on leader with a Juris Doctor degree, at least 12 years of legal experience, and a strong background in commercial and employment law. The VP will be involved in all aspects of commercial contracting, from drafting and negotiating complex agreements to providing senior advice on a range of legal matters, including employment, litigation, and regulatory issues.
