Vice President of Strategic Initiatives

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Strategic Initiatives to play a pivotal role in the organization's rapid growth and transformation. This high-impact position is ideal for a leader with a strong background in strategy and transformation, whether from a consulting or operational perspective. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the strategic plan, leading the transformation office, and integrating acquired brands into a unified regional operating structure. Key responsibilities include partnering with executive leadership to develop and execute the strategic plan, building and running the governance for enterprise initiatives, and supporting post-acquisition integration efforts. The role demands a leader with a proven track record in a top-tier consulting firm, private equity operations group, or a similar analytical environment, and experience in leading a transformation office or PMO. The role requires a candidate with a strong problem-solving ability, a bias toward action, and a focus on execution and ownership. Experience in integrating acquisitions, designing operating models, and exposure to front-line workforce challenges, particularly in recruiting and retaining skilled trades talent, is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have an MBA, be comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence a wide range of stakeholders.
