The Company is seeking an Associate Vice President, Salesforce Development Manager to guide technical delivery for platform solutions and integrations. Responsibilities include analyzing business requirements, setting architectural direction, designing and developing customizations, and identifying technical options. The role leads developers and project team members in an agile environment, oversees code reviews, partners with quality assurance, and monitors data quality and integrity. The manager also maps functional needs to platform capabilities and promotes consistent design and delivery practices. Applicants must have a bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field, at least five years of enterprise-level Salesforce experience, and relevant Salesforce Developer and Technical or Application Architect certifications. The role requires three or more years of Apex and Visualforce development, along with experience in platform configuration, automation, integrations, APIs, security, reporting, and relational databases. Strong development experience across sales, service, and community environments is required, as is the ability to mentor developers and explain technical concepts to audiences with varied backgrounds.
